Come and enjoy a fantastic break here in Hastings, you can either relax, in our comfortable t.v lounge, or in our spacious garden, or if you are looking for a more adventurous break there are lots on offer both here in St Leonards and in Hastings, there are alots of attractions, such as Hastings castle, the smugglers caves, visit and unwind in one of the cafe's in the quaint old town, or have a meal in one of the many restaurants. 
Aylesbury House is a smart Victorian property situated a short walking distance from Maidstone town centre. Each room is individually decorated and all have en suite showers. All rooms have flat screen digital TV's, hairdryers and hospitality trays with a selection of organic, fairtrade teas and coffees. Breakfast includes local free range eggs, Speldhurst sausages and Kent apple juice. We always have available gluten and dairy free items and vegetarian sausages. Teas and coffee are fairtrade from a local Kent supplier. Aylesbury House is personally run by Paul and Nicola Dennis.

Lamberhurst Golf Course is under a mile, Scotney Castle and Lamberhurst Vineyard are a 15 minute walk and Bewl Water is a mile away for walking, biking, trout fishing, water sports, sailing and outdoor pursuits. We are located 5 miles south from the elegant Georgian Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells with its impressive shopping facilities. 20 minutes from the historic towns of Battle, Hastings and 1066 country. Close to all major routes to London and cross channel routes to Europe. Easy access to M25 and 35 minutes from Gatwick Airport.. The property is also available for self-catering breaks, short or medium term rental. Check-in: please note check-in time: Monday to Friday 4pm to 10pm, Weekends from 2pm.
